Shift: 7am - 7pm - 36 Guaranteed hours
Start dates are typically negotiable
Must have:
? 1 year of experience
? NRP, BLS
? Safe medication administration including calculation of medications
? Administer medications and EMB using the 5 patient rights
? Appropriate handling of EMB
? Care of patients with NG/OG tubes
? Follow feeding orders and recommendations from OT/ST
? Care of patients of CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Nasal Cannula
? Care for patients with PIV’s, PICC’s, UAC/UVC
? Safely care for patients 22 weeks and above
? Understands use of all equipment in the NICU
? Promotes safe sleeping at 32-34 gestation
? Can demonstrate developmentally appropriate care when handling preterm infant
? Proficient in lab draws
? Knowledgeable in escalating patient concerns
? NAS scoring
