Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with ARRT certification and recent Epic experience for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a radiology department at a teaching facility
• Role requires both CT and X-ray imaging
• Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM–9:30 PM and Monday 10:30 AM–11:00 PM with occasional rotation
• Assignment is 16 weeks with possible extension up to 32 weeks
• Candidates must work 2 out of the 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Day
• Epic EMR is used and recent experience is required
• No block schedules permitted for any reason
• Orientation is bi-weekly on Mondays
• Reliable personal or rental transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transit
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires November through April
• Candidates must explain employment gaps over 90 days
• Work history details such as bed count, EMR, and facility type must be provided for consideration
• Submission is open to candidates living any distance from the facility, but pay rates may vary based on location

Requirements

• ARRT credentials in both CT and X-ray are required
• At least 2 years of CT imaging experience is required
• Experience in a teaching facility is required
• Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years is non-negotiable
• License required if applicable
