Med/Surg Tele RN Float - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Med/Surg Tele RN Float for a 12-hour night shift position. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care across Med/Surg Tele and Med/Surg units.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) required prior to start
• PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) and orthopedic certifications preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Prior travel nurse experience required
• Experience in a teaching hospital is required
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable

• Will float to Med/Surg Tele and Med/Surg units as needed.
• Must work a minimum of every other weekend and/or adjust schedule to meet unit and patient care needs.
• There will be no on-call duties.
• A completed work history, including bed count, EMR, facility type, and explanations for any employment gaps over 90 days, is required for submission.
• Public transportation is not accessible in the area; reliable personal or rental transportation is strongly recommended.
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November to April.

• Contract length: 28 weeks
• Guaranteed hours per week: 36-48 hours

Monday to Sunday work week. Please note, there are no block schedules available for this position.
