As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead, you support retailers by building product displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You also provide leadership through training, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and reporting to ensure store success. This role requires strong customer service skills, team leadership, physical activity, and effective use of mobile technology to document work.
