Our dynamic facility is seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced birthing center. What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum of 1 year of Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn Care (LDRP) experience
Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications
Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years (mandatory)
Ability to float between Med-Surg and Emergency Department units
Flexibility to work every other weekend and 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior travel nursing experience
Experience with diverse patient populations and high-acuity environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
At least 1 year of recent LDRP experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

Travel rate of $120/hour, local rate of $115/hour (within 51-100 miles), and $110/hour for local assignments within 50 miles or less
Ability to work Monday through Sunday with no block schedules
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle or rental) with all-season or snow tires during November-April
Valid work history detailing facility type, bed count, EMR systems, etc., including explanations for any employment gaps over 90 days
Willingness to work bi-weekly orientations starting October 13th
