Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide age-specific, direct patient care in a dynamic environment. The RN will utilize the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care with a focus on age-specific needs.
- Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks to other healthcare staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications required prior to contract start date.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience in a similar nursing role is preferred.
This is an 8-9 week assignment, ideal for wrapping up your last contract before the holidays. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. The position is for Night shifts with varied hours.
