- Any/All RTO must be included in traveler profile
- RTO not listed on profile will not be approved
- ALL CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
