This position is onsite in Arlington, VA - no remote workers.

This is a critical, high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future success of a large Federal healthcare modernization program. A successful candidate should be a problem solver who is comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders, can multi-task under pressure and can perform tasks such as technical analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  1. A person in this role is expected to oversee delivery of enterprise Federal healthcare data migration objectives including extract, transformation and loading activities from myriad legacy data sources to the future Oracle solutions.

  2. Responsibilities include oversight and guidance for multiple teams across multiple Oracle organizations. Teams include consultants, developers, engineers, operations, support, contracting, operational excellence, communications, reporting, etc.

  3. A person interested in this role should be able to interact with, communicate and gain mutual understanding with team members at all levels of the org chart from developer to senior executive.

  4. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can operate with extreme clarity and/or when the requirements are ambiguous.

  5. This role requires a strong understanding of schedule, risk and issue management.

  6. This role may require hands-on interaction with software specifications, designs, data mapping, etc.

  7. A person in this role should be comfortable with translating business requests into functional and technical requirements.

  8. A person in this role should also be able to distill complex activities into simple forms of written, visual and verbal communication for all levels of stakeholders including internal and external end users.

  18. Database queries (e.g. SQL, Spark, etc.)

  19. Application architecture and design

  20. Education, Certifications, or Experience

  21. At least 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent

  22. At least 7-10 years in enterprise software deployment

  23. At least 5 years in Healthcare IS/IT role

  24. At least 3 years of experience with Millennium applications and data model

  25. Desired Experience

  26. Application data migration experience (ETL approach)

  27. Technical requirements development experience

  28. Contract or requirements management experience

  29. Millennium 'core' build experience

  30. Millennium interface development

  31. Millennium configuration experience with build tools (e.g. Bedrock)

  32. HealtheIntent population health experience (consultant/analyst, developer, etc.)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
