? Position: ICU RN – Neuro Focus ? Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights (19:00–07:30) ? Auto Offer: Yes — for fully qualified candidates only ? Contract: 36 hours/week OR optional 48 hours/week (OT billed after 48 on 4x12s) Outdoor enthusiast's dream: 20+ waterways and numerous hiking trails Voted one of the most scenic and accessible areas in the region ? Must-Have Qualifications (Strict Requirements): Active VA or Compact RN license at time of submission – no exceptions BLS & ACLS – American Heart Association only NIHSS certification EPIC Proficiency – required Strong Neuro ICU Experience – post-neurosurgical, EVD, stroke care Clean license and background – no exceptions (Chesapeake will not consider candidates with any license or background issues) Must be willing to float to Stepdown, ED, or Med/Surg to care for ICU-level patients ? Skills Required: Ventilator management IV drip titration Telemetry monitoring Conscious sedation Dysrhythmia recognition & emergency management Neuro: Post-stroke, post-neurosurgical, EVD ICU Ratios: 1:2–3 ? Preferred: 3 years Critical Care experience Previous travel experience ⛔ Local Candidate Policy: No RNs will be considered if they live within 50 miles of the facility Driver’s License required to verify home address before offer ? Submission Requirements: Qualivis Submission Form Current NURSYS report Driver’s License (for locals) ? Patient Population Includes: Neuro: Stroke, post-neurosurgical Respiratory & renal failure Sepsis, MODS, trauma Post-op & cardiac cath recovery
