Job DescriptionGet ready to join a dynamic team in a 250-bed Academic Community Hospital with over 120 years of service to the region. The facility is equipped with comprehensive surgical services, 24-hour ED services, advanced wound healing centers, and designated chest pain and stroke centers. We are looking for a skilled Telemetry/Progressive Care Nurse to deliver excellent patient care across various age groups.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry and progressive care unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Guide and educate patients and their families regarding care and treatment
- 1-2 years of experience in Telemetry and Progressive Care
- ACLS, BLS, HWC, and NIH certifications required
- Active RN license in Virginia
