- Number of Beds – 24 beds, 5 fast track
- Number of Staff – shift dependent
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 4-9 nurses depending on time of day. We flex in staff with volume and arrival patterns. Utilize techs and paramedics too
- Night Shift – 1 charge nurse 9-4 nurses depending on time of day and arrival pattern. Utilize techs and paramedics.
- Patient Ratios – 4:1
- EMR – Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- 2 years experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIH
- TNCC
- CPI
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- NIHSS
- ENPC
