Unit Information- Unit: Inpatient Rehab
- Number of Beds: 35
- Patient Ratios: 5-7 patients per nurse
- Staffing: 2-4 Techs per census
- Equipment: Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCDs, Bladder scanner
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
- Floating Policy: May float to other Med Surg departments
- Rehab experience preferred
- Med/Surg or PCU experience
- BLS certification
- Virginia State License
- Rehab experience
- None required
- Medication administration, including IVs, PICC, and PEG tube administration
- Bladder scans and care
- Tube feeding
- Foley catheter placement and bladder irrigation
- Blood administration
Navy blue or white solid scrubs
