Unit/Specialty: ICU / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Critical Care RN Beds: ICU: 10 | PCU: 21 Patient Ratios: ICU 2:1 (stretch 3:1), PCU 3:1 (stretch 4:1) Shift: 12-hour shifts, centralized scheduling | Every other weekend | Holiday rotation with permanent staff Call: None Requirements: Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Experience: Ventilated patients, cath lab recovery, therapeutic hypothermia Drip Management: Sedation (propofol, versed, fentanyl, precedex), pressors, diuretics, insulin, amiodarone Floats: Med/Surg, Tele, ED, PCU RT: 24/7 in ICU | Tele/Monitor tech support present, but RNs read strips Orientation: 1–12 hour unit-specific Dress Code: Professional scrubs, any color Perks: $20 premium for floating
