Job Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student development

• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment outcomes

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts

• Utilize a variety of service delivery models including pull-out, in-class support, and teletherapy if needed

• Stay current with best practices and state standards

Education & Certification Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Washington SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, CFY applicants considered

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Contract Details

• Length: 36 weeks

• Compensation: Up to $2,437.50/week or $65/hour depending on experience

• Schedule: Full-time during regular school hours
