Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location: Lourdes Health, Pasco, WA Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Contract Type: Travel Assignment

Position Overview: Lourdes Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-acuity emergency settings and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity and clinical presentation
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Participate in emergency response and resuscitation efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Washington State (or compact license)
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Emergency Room nursing
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • TNCC certification preferred
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
