Job Responsibilities

• Assess students' physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans to support functional mobility and participation in school activities

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students in accordance with their IEP goals

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school staff, and families

• Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications for improved classroom access

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on mobility and physical development

• Promote safe and inclusive learning environments for students with physical challenges

Education & Certification Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Washington State Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain before start date)

• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills

• CPR certification and knowledge of IDEA/IEP compliance are a plus

• Compensation: Up to $1,950/week or $52/hour depending on experience
