Orientation is bi-weekly.

36/48 Schedule per pay period- No Block scheduling.

Start date on job is start date needed.

Disclosure: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.

Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.

Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs.
