3x12 Days (07:00 - 19:00), weekdays, some weekends, float as needed, and holidays as needed.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the CDU and MedSurg departments. This role involves floating as needed and requires strong tele skills. The nurse will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage charts.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess patient needs and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required, preferably through the American Heart Association.
- WV or compact license required; pending licenses may be accepted.
- Experience in the CDU, MedSurg, and pediatrics preferred.
- Previous charge experience is a plus.
