StartDate: 3/24/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1975.00 - $2276.00
PT - IP/OP needed asap for 13 weeks Day Shift Hours; Sign-up for 4 weekend shifts to work in Inpatient Unit during contract period Seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Clinic. This PT will be working at a Critical Access Hospital, so PT must be able to work on Med/Surg Unit with inpatients when needed or during low census times. Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Licensed as a physical therapist in WI CPR/BLS required

Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
