Job Description & Requirements

LPN Opportunity
Shift: 06:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 12-hour shifts | Every other weekend required
Location: Madison, WI | 49-bed acute inpatient rehab facility
Contract Length: 13 weeks | 1 position available | Guaranteed hours
✅ Must-Have Requirements:
- EPIC experience
- 2+ years in Med Surg or Inpatient Rehab (IRF)
- 1+ year travel experience
- BLS certification
