Candidates with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility will receive a 10% reduced rate. Facility: UnityPoint Health – Traveler Role Role Overview: Provide professional nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team. May float within the same discipline across local campuses. EMR: EPIC National Board Orientation (NBO): 16 hours Compensation & Pay: OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.15x multiplier (2-hour minimum) On Call: $9/hr Charge/Precept: $6/hr OT Billable: 36–40 hrs/week, OT after 40 48 hrs/week, OT after 48 Holidays 2025: Required to work 2 of 3: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Limit of 1 day off between 11/26–11/30 and 12/23–1/2 for all travelers Additional Info: “A Day in the Life” at UnityPoint Health: Link
