**Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.** 13 weeks 36HPW, 12hr Variable Shifts 0700-1930 & 1900-0730 Typically 3 weeks of day & 3 weeks of nights - Manager will discuss during interview Float to MICU as needed & patient observer as needed EOW Required: 2yrs exp, SICU exp, ACLS, BLS Preferred: NIH, TNCC & Trauma Level II Experience Communication with AIDET, great customer service and phone etiquette is an expectation 1st time travelers accepted
