Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

Will accept a strong tele RN who is willing to learn vents/drips.
We are a blended unit of MS/ICU patients. 5 ICU beds and 27 MS. ICU RNs at times take 1-2 MS patients depending on acuity or ICU volumes in ICU. For example, the ICU RN may have 1 ICU patient with 2 MS patients. Vents are 1:1 and ICU patients are 1:2-3 pending acuity.
1:5-6 ratios are for MS. In ICU 1:2-3 ratio depending on acuity.
Float within skillset required.
Required: 2yrs exp, ACLS, BLS.
Preferred: PALS
