- Patient population includes individuals needing physical therapy services

- Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, setting attainable goals, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress
- Provides education to patients and caregivers as part of the care plan
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality is essential
- No COVID-19 vaccine required for assignment
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of physical therapy experience required
- Current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license in good standing required
- Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
